”We have used the services of S.J. Lloyd Building Services for almost 10 years now and the scope of works and projects have been varied including new builds, renovation work and additions to our residence. We have always been exceptionally pleased with the standard of workmanship, attention to detail and the suitability of the labour provided to undertake the tasks. Steve communicates with his staff and the client on a regular basis and we always have confidence that the job is being managed to a high level. There have been times when Steve has come up with ideas during the construction to improve the outcome or reduce costs and this input was always been welcomed. We have had jobs where a budget has been necessary and Steve strives extremely hard to bring the job in at the required price.
